I have been a top Coldwell Banker Western Pennsylvania Agent since 2006. I achieved this status by making customer service and satisfaction my highest priority.
In 1975, while giving a lecture at Seton Hill College, a student asked what she could do to make her customers as loyal as mine were. I replied, "Make a Customer, not a Sale!".
This quote has since been used to motivate and inspire those in the Sales and Customer Service field.
